If you booked an apartment in Panama, one of our guest service representatives will send you the check in instructions via email. Please make sure you check your emails and If you do not see the email also try to check your spam folder.
Please note that check-in time is between - one of our guest service specialist will coordinate with you directly how to hand the apartment keys. He/She will be delighted to provide information on your apartment, neighborhood, and any other special requests you might have.
If you are planning on arriving after our business hours, please make sure to contact us in order to receive special instructions and there could be specific fees that can apply.
